FLI e.U., Viktor-Dankl-Str. 1, A-6020 Innsbruck, represented by the managing director Peter Walterscheid-Müller, processes the data provided to it via the website. The storage and use of the data serves the best possible realisation of the range of services.

The lawfulness of the data processing is based on Article 6(1)(b), (c), (e) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). FLI processes company, title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and company data in summarised lists for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Section 107 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and uses these to send interesting information about FLI's services and offers by post or e-mail.

FLI does not store data for longer than is necessary to fulfil contractual or legal obligations and to enforce or defend against any claims. Personal data is protected by taking appropriate organisational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, unlawful or accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Notwithstanding compliance with an appropriate standard of care at all times, it cannot be ruled out that personal data may be viewed and used by other persons.

FLI accepts no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by FLI and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on email account or telephone, interception of faxes).

The customer has the right to information about the data stored about him by FLI at any time, to data portability and, if necessary, the right to correction or deletion or to restriction of processing. In order to fulfil FLI's contractual or legal obligations, it may be necessary to forward customer data to processors. Processors process the customer's personal data in accordance with instructions and only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of these tasks. Processors are, for example, tax consultants or other external service providers, etc.

In all cases, however, FLI only transfers personal data to recipients within the European Union or to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection.
